Englewood CDC has several rental options available to meet your needs.
Gym Rental at Commonwealth Apartments
From basketball games to sports practice and birthday parties, to wedding receptions and family reunions, the gymnasium at the Commonwealth apartments is available to rent for your private event. Due to our staffing abilities, we are currently only renting to community members and partners.
Rental costs:
$30/hour | $50 deposit

Rooftop Rental at Commonwealth Apartments
The Commonwealth Rooftop can be rented for team building events, other sports league, birthday parties, or even wedding receptions! The rooftop comes with the equipment to play rooftop hockey and can easily be converted for futsal or non-sport activities.

$30/hr | $50 deposit

Community Room in Parker Place and Oxford Senior Apartments
Need a place to host your next birthday party or shower? Check out the community room at Parker Place and Oxford Senior apartments. This space has a kitchen and is connected to an outdoor patio with a grill and fireplace.
Capacity: 50-65 people (use of outdoor space can increase capacity)
Rental Rate: $20/hour
