Developed at the Permanent Supportive Housing Institute in 2020, this project was conceived in partnership with Horizon House and Gratus Development. The development is 100% Permanent Supportive Housing, providing housing for individuals experiencing homelessness, in which both Englewood CDC and Horizon House have years of experience. This project will also provide office space for Horizon House housing staff and wrap-around services to residents.

Description/highlights:
- 36 units of permanent supportive housing (for individuals experiencing homelessness)
- 4-story building; Floor 1 – Resident Amenities and Offices for Horizon House Housing Team, Floors 2-4 – Residential Units
- Amenities include on-site parking and “neighborhood porch” south of the building, located on E Washington Street just minutes from downtown, W/D on-site, WiFi provided, community room and kitchen, indoor bike storage, package room, etc.
- Developed with Rental Housing Tax Credits from IHCDA, State Housing Trust Funds, City Housing Trust Funds and CDBG funds, and grant funds from Managed Health Services (MHS)
