Description/highlights:
- The Smith and Sons building was an appliance store at this location prior to Englewood CDC purchasing the building in 2011
- Businesses at this site since then have included a Woodshop/Makerspace, large printshop and artist studio space (Cat Head Press – they now have a second location), Pia Urban Cafe, a Puerto-Rican cafe and diner, and now Elevate Indianapolis, a non-profit serving Indianapolis Public School students in college readiness

- There is a unique mural on the west side of the building which depicts characters from the Wonderland Amusement Park that used to be on the PR Mallory Campus
