Located on a prominent corner within the Englewood neighborhood, this project will serve youth (18-25) experiencing homelessness. Developed in partnership with RDoor Housing Corporation, Outreach Inc. and Adult and Child at the Permanent Supportive Housing Institute, the facility is located half a block from the Englewood CDC offices, providing residents access to many amenities and services provided by Englewood CDC. It will provide 48 units of affordable housing, with great access via transit, bicycle or walking to nearby amenities. The development will also be just a few blocks from Outreach’s headquarters which will provide convenient access and opportunities for the residents to utilize additional services provided by Outreach Inc.

48 units of affordable housing, ranging from permanent supportive housing up to 60% AMI units
4 stories – Floor 1 includes residents amenities such as a community room, media room, indoor bike storage, indoor refuse room, work-out room, package room, etc.
